Welcome to the Motor City Chapter of the ISSA – the worldwide voice of information security for over 25 years.

I am honored to be your new President for 2010 and I look forward to a year of collaboration and innovation that will help pave the way for future security professionals.

2010 is the beginning of another decade that will undoubtedly bring about new challenges and opportunities in the security profession and beyond. Throughout the year, we will strive to offer interesting and engaging speakers and participate in events that will provide you with the tools you need to overcome these obstacles and take advantage of the many benefits your ISSA membership has to offer.

We currently have approximately 150 members and expect this to gradually increase as we develop and continue to grow our North Oakland Chapter over the coming year. All visitors are welcome to attend any of our meetings and events.

Work is also underway to improve our Web site. Please check back often to see the enhancements that are being made!
