RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Pre and post-sales for an identified geographic region.

·         Input in development of solutions to satisfy customer requirements

·         Training for Distributor Technical Resources as well as internal Sales People

·         Technical review of PR documents

·         Writing and delivering technical presentations at Tradeshows, etc.

·         Assisting with completion of RFP, RFQ and Tender documents

·         Delivering Sales presentations at Trade Shows, Distributors, etc.

·         Assist with the internal Company Network

·         Customer Installations, Evaluations and Health Checks

·         Providing technical support in sales presentation, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company product to ensure that the systems are functioning according to specifications.

·         Providing answers to customer inquiries concerning system software and applications.

·         Other duties as assigned

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

·                     Degree level qualification in Computer Science or related subject

·                     experience with installing, managing or supporting email systems

·                     At least two years technical experience of TCP/IP networking

·                     Experience of one or more of the commonly used email systems Exchange or Notes

·                     Unix experience would be an advantage

·                     Experience/Capability of writing technical papers and presenting

COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Emphasis on experience in a pre-sales role with enterprise accounts
• Experience around understanding of customer's requirements, business and technical, within target markets
• Presenting at a senior level
• Developing and presenting solutions based on customer needs
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Experience of working with partners
