Basic Requirements:

1) Must have Cisco IPCC experience to be considered

2) Must be willing to travel 50-90% depending on what project you are assigned to.

3) Must live within a commuteable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, DC, Boston, Detroit, Philadelphia, NYC, Parsipanny, San Francisco or San Diego.

Callisma is a division of AT&T which specializes in delivering managed communications offerings and professional network consulting services to enterprise business customers. Callisma focuses on assisting larger businesses with some of their most complex communications challenges, including operations management, Voice over IP (VoIP), Internetworking, security, and storage solutions. Callisma consultants enable corporations to design and deploy infrastructure which will enhance their service and business performance.

 

AT&T is seeking an experienced IPCC consultant to act as a Senior Consultant to AT&T’s customers in the United States. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years IT industry experience, five (5) years of advanced networking experience, and five (5) years of converged networking experience. Must be familiar with and possess demonstrable experience with Voice over IP, call management, messaging, and computer-telephony integration.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design, configure and troubleshoot Cisco IPCC Enterprise environments

* Network management and network engineering for Cisco IPCC and ICM clients

* Monitor performance, analysis and engineering, recommendation development and maintenance activities

* Build project-based voice solutions for IPCC and ICM clients, including planning, design, implementation and testing

* Identify opportunities for Callisma services at existing clients and assist with Sales initiatives

INFORMATION ON QUALIFICATIONS

* 2-3 years IPCC and Call Center experience

* Experience in network (IP and Telco), data, access, performance, scalability, security, reliability and fault tolerance

* Architecture and administration of complex customer contact systems

* Experience using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) units, Automatic Call Distributors (ACD), and Computer Telephony Interface (CTI)

* Experience in design, deployment and maintenance of relational databases in a highly available environment

* Knowledgeable in PBX (Aspect, Avaya, Nortel and/or Siemens) to PBX and PBX to call center (Cisco, Genesys, Avaya) integration

* Routing and Switching (CCNA or CCNP) desired

* Cisco IP Telephony design & implementation (CIPT & Unity certification) not required, but a definite plus

* Cisco IPCC Enterprise certifications strongly desired

As a consultant to AT&T/Callisma customers, must be able to demonstrate strong business acumen, commitment to task, tolerance of ambiguity, versatility, problem solving, and written and oral communications skills. Candidates must have experience in developing IT operational process flows and documenting roles, responsibilities, and procedures. Position requires broad experience working with client personnel at all organizational levels.

Must have extensive experience with planning, design, and implementation of one or more vendors Voice over IP, call management, messaging, and computer-telphony integration offerings: Cisco, Nortel, Avaya, Alcatel, Mitel, or other vendors. Must have previous experience with legacy switched voice technologies, call numbering plans, loss plans, compression, and traffic theory.

Consultants will be required to travel up to 100% depending on what project they are assigned to.
