Required skills:
§ SiteMinder Administration

§ IBM HTTP Server and/or WAS Server Administration

§ Proficiency using UNIX

Minimum Education:
§ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related
degree

Minimum Experience:
§ 8 years experience in IT security or related field

§ Security training (CISSP or related) a plus.

Assignment Details:
§ Implement security measures to safeguard information
systems assets against accidental or unauthorized modification,
destruction, or disclosure to protect the business interest of the
corporation.

§ Designs and implements controls, develops procedures,
provides foundation for the design and development of a security
system – directing, supporting, and reporting of information
security compliance, and violations.

§ Enforce security policies and procedures.

§ Responsible for managing and granting authorization for
information systems.

§ Assist in the guidance and recommendation for the
physical protection of information systems assets to other
functional units.

§ Troubleshoot access problems and implement security
policies and procedures.

§ Administrate and monitor security access profiles, review
violation reports, and investigate security exceptions.

§ Assist in providing management with status reports
regarding effectiveness of data security and makes recommendations
for the adoption of new procedures.

§ Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's
concepts, practices, and procedures.

§ Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals.

§ Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of
creativity and latitude is required. May guide various groups on
application systems activities.

§ Work under general directions; typically reports to a
team lead or supervisor/manager.

§ Represent NAFTA Security Operations team as an Identity
Management Security Consultant in all customer projects requiring
integration with SiteMinder or the Corporate Directory.

§ When custom Identity Management solutions are required,
the security consultant will collect all the requirements and engage
technical engineering resources from the department to help design
and build the custom solution.
