Position Description:

 

• Work to develop business/system requirements, system test plans and user acceptance testing criteria.
• Develop all documentation using project standard templates, coordinating with Development and Support groups as necessary.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (including assistance with testing) and coordinate migration/deployment into Production.
• Track all identified system bugs and issues to resolution.
• Provide details for project status report.
• Develop test data and test scripts to support testing

Required skills:

 

• Experience interfacing with multiple business units with potentially conflicting priorities to coordinate and achieve enterprise-wide objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple users with varied schedules.
• Experience in performing end-user interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
• End-to-end experience in the system development life cycle, from requirements gathering to production implementation and all steps in between.
• Experience documenting application requirements at a detailed level and achieving consensus and sign-off on requirements documentation.
• Experience in maintaining focus and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint

 

The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess

 

• 3-5 years working with the Information Technology projects in a Health Related industry.
• 3-5 years working knowledge of Identity Management Technologies.
• Experience with Dream Weaver
