To provide level two support for Cisco AVVID network, support Cisco Call Managers, CER, Cisco Switch/Routed Network and Wireless network management.
Utilize management tools such as HP OVO, NNM, BrixWorks, Cisco CSA MC, Netcool and ticketing system.
Proactive and reactive support and change activity for core components and end-user issues.
Coverage for all accounts will range from 7:30am-8pm EST, so one work schedule will be 8 hours 5 days week during this time.
Cisco IPT level dropped to intermediate.
CCNP and MCSE are desired, not required.
