POSITION TITLE: Security & Control Engineering Practitioner

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Champions Security & Controls initiatives acorss Information Technology
Infrastructure(ITI). Manage Control efforts for ITI: Manages ITI efforts to
complete various control reviews namely SCRP, MCRP. Reviews and approves all
ICR/ACR within the organization. Enforce IT Policy: Determine IT Policy
requirements for infrastructure. Identify gaps, issues and promote standards
for adoption by IT Policy. Performs compliance activities to ensure the
successful implementation of all organizational initiatives. Inmplement ITI
Risk Assessment: Implement a comprehensive program for accessing risk in
infrastructure. Overcome key challenges in scope, data availability, and
complexity. Guide Compliance efforts and processes: Coordinate Audit, Audit
Comment, OIC and Exception processes related to ITI. Assist GAO, PwC in
determining audit scope based on risk. Consult on Audit Comment, OIC and
Exception issues. Mitigate issues when necessary with the GAO, PwC in
colloboration with the various Subject Matter Experts(SME)'s. Consult on
Major Security and Control Issues: Provide advice on S&C initiatives to both
internal(ITI) and external(other IT orgs) customers within Ford Motor
Company.

others. ¿ Able to interact effectively with management. ¿ Able to adjust
readily to change and adapt as needed. ¿ Able to quickly learn new systems
and technology. ¿ Able to provide continuous, timely service when addressing
customer/management questions and concerns. ¿ Able to analyze and resolve
complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.

Experience Required: 3-5 years of progressive responsibilites in IT.
Experience Preferred: Previous Security experience and GIAC, CISSP, SSCP, or
other industry recognized certification is a plus. ¿ Candidate with Ford IT
Infrastructure - Telecommunications, Networks and Deskside experience is a
plus.
Education Required: Bachelor¿s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
related discipline.
